Th theres a guy on youtube called techtronic9000 That seems to know a lot about the ado computers ie unlocking speeds (adjusting settings) . He does seem to reply to comments so could be worth direct messaging him about the error code.

have you ever gone into the Calibration Menu of the computer and adjusted settings? If it helps, i could post photos of screenshots of every menu page in the computer calibration menu of my bike ? (I managed to get my throttle working nicely with the cruise control option)

I paid £650 for an ADO A20 it has 7 speed shimano set and im pretty happy with it. I couldnt really afford or justify an expensive ebike. Im getting old now and dont ride too much and am not doing any belting off road stuff either. The the front suspension could be better (tyre can bump mudguard going off kerbs). But if your wife is just pootling around with occasional use expensive options may be overkill. But if shes out with you all the time. Maybe not horses for courses. Best of luck in what you choose.

I also had a nightmare when all these bits fell off my front wheel. And didnt think to take a picture before. But after playing about with it i got this configuration to work (and match the disc brake caliper. (see pics) I hope it helps others out. PS the tyres that come with the ADO A20 are rubbish. They puncture so easily ive had 5 punctures now from thorns in 6 months. Dont think they have much cord fibres in them at all. Im Gonna give some Fincci tyres a go.

Did you find out what the problem was Possibly a stupid suggestion, but did you check the multi pin power plug near the back wheel was pushed in fully?
