TSDZ2B + 14.4 mAh battery
As title. both purchased from PSW power May this year. Wanted to fit to a Whyte mountain bike but had flared bottom bracket so wouldn't fit. Fitted to my old flat handle bar road bike and works fine, except no comfort in my old age ! Plus annoying chain slip etc. Probably need new cassette etc but as i said bike is not comfortable at all now, it used to be light and agile, its now just weird... Cost well over £400.00 only done 50 odd miles on it, asking £300.00 and can get it delivered.

TSDZ2 / BAFUNG clearance.
Even with the plastic guide and cables removed there was no way the TSDz2 was going on. I did think about a bit of skimming but didnt want to weaken the integrity of the bike. It looked to me watching a few you tube vids the Bafung had much better clearance but I may be totally mistaken ..

TSDZ2 / BAFUNG clearance.
Hope someone is able to clarify if there is more clearance on the Bafung than the TSDZ2 ? Just finished my first conversion using a TSDZ2 but would not fit onto my Mountain bike as it was flared underneath the bottom bracket so had to fit it to another bike. I've now got an inch to do the mountain bike and it looks to me there is a lot more clearance with the Bafung motor. Anyone who has done both able to confirm please ?

TSDZ2 clunk when free wheeling
Ive just finished my conversion tonight. I had tried to convert a Whyte Mountain bike but as I was told here (but ignored and tried anyway), it had a flared bottom bracket so was never going to fit. So I dragged my old Marin hybrid out of retirement and the fit went beautifully, finished about half hour ago. ....(except fiddling with display which i need to google instructions) Just had a quick ride round the block and its bloody lovely .... except .... As soon as I stop pedalling and free wheel I get a clunk , clunk, clunk... Any idea's ? It is a brand new unit now 2km on the clock. Any help would be much appreciated. Rik

Has anyone heard of or tried Toseven mid drive?
@alexnoble my humble suggestion for UK success would be to send Woosh bikes a free sample for them to test and review. They have far more experience to help than anyone else. You never know if it is as good as you say, they may start stocking and selling it.

Has anyone heard of or tried Toseven mid drive?
I'm a total noob to this forum and ebikes. Been following this thread with interest as will soon be attempting my first build. I started reading with enthusiasm but have been gradually ground down with negativity and total lack of answers.... Why not just answer some of the simple questions that have been asked ? One of mine would be is there more clearance underneath so I wont have to re-route all my cables ? This has been asked before but totally ignored...... How about a fitting video, surely this is the first thing you would produce ? ??

TDSZ2 build
I am just about to embark on my first ebike build and need all the help I can get.... After a lot of reading I have decided the TDSZ2 seems to be the way to go. I am no longer built for my old flat bar road bike so couldn't resist a Whyte 604 compact in the sale. Before taking the plunge and orderinga kit, I have a few concerns / questions. See picture attached, there does not seem to be much clearance between the 32T crankset and frame. The Tongsheng comes with a 42T so is obviously going to be bigger but does it sit out further. I've only got about 15mm of clearance (176.5mm -136.1mm / 2) means I am going to need 21.2mm of clearance at least unless it sits out further... Am I also going to need a new chain. Full set up below. Cassette: Microshift CS-H093, 11-46, 9 Speed Chain: SunRace, 9 Speed Crankset: Prowheel, Alloy, 3pcs Cranks Single Narrow Wide, 32T I am also unsure of the legalities of the throttle version. Woosh only seem to have this version in stock at moment but I thought throttles were a no no ? Plus bike has hydraulic brakes so would need to fit sensors so more messy wires.... Finally, bike currently has nice tidy internal cable routing. It comes out under the crank. I am thinking of just removing the plastic guide underneath or would I need to reroute these two cables ? That is going to be beyond my abilities so would need to talk to our local bike shop.... A couple more pics attached. Thanks in advance, Rik

Help! My e-bike kit has been infringed, what should I do?
Exactly as above, we once had a patent infringed and one visit to the patent lawyer and a cease and desist letter cost a princely sum. Luckily the Indian manufacturer / their UK distributor took notice and changed their design but only slightly.
