  1. Alright turns out I was failing every time. I accessed the hidden menu now, and I can see that the torque values are 00000. I guess i'll have to purchase a new torque sensor.
  2. I was able to access the menu before, but now the systems shuts down when I release the info and power button. I'm thinking there's some bad wiring somewhere, but it's hard to find out where. My multimeter shows there is continuity between the torque sensor and the controller, but I'm not sure which other connections to test. I think I've tried with the speed sensor disconnected to no avail, but I'll try again later today and report back.
  3. Was the original issue ever solved? I'm experiencing the exact same problems right now Leaving system with battery disconnected did not work for me either...
  4. Hello! I was trying to debug the torque sensor of my TSDZ2 unit purchased one year ago. I disassembled the motor and checked connections from the torque sensor using a multimeter. When I re-assembled the motor I tried to access the hidden settings to read the T0 and T1 torque sensor readings, but the display shuts off when I perform the usual procedure to access these settings (i+power for 3 seconds). As far as I could tell, all the relevant connections had continuity. However, at this point I'm not sure which connections are relevant to test... I dont understand what that behavior signifies; the unit shuts down in the same manner also when the torque sensor is completely disconnected. Is this normal? Shouldnt an error with the torque sensor return some sort of error code instead of shutting down the system? Could the issue be in the controller istead? Additional information: - Speed sensor works fine - Walk mode works fine (so I guess battery should be fine too?) - Battery voltage OK - No pedal assist when applying torque (the original reason for disassembly) Has anyone else experienced the same issue, or have any clue as to what is going on?
