  1. Great thanks I always take a spare battery on big rides of about 60 miles and swap for the last 10 miles so I have full power all the way home as by then I'm nearly dying and don't want lower power when my legs are giving out. Also I've tried reddit and the only answers I get are sarcastic there's plenty of info out there look.Is it true I'll get more range from a 52v battery.
  2. Hi all i currently have an bafang bbs02 48v on my orange alpine 6 I'm about to programme the controller to use a 52v battery for more range not power the power is fine i have the programing cable and I've download all the files I need and I have a really good video from biktrix to follow. My question is probably stupid or obvious but once I do this will I still be able to use my 48v batteries with as I always carry a second battery on big rides. Thanks
  3. They cells are samsung 21700 the sag seems normal compared to my other batteries
  4. thanks for the replies it's got a 35a continuous bms is that ok
  5. Hi all a quick question, probably a daft one but I have a 48v 30ah battery, I was wondering will it be OK to use on my 750w bafang bbs02 as the controller is 25 amp thanks
  6. Thanks for the advice but as I said I have replaced the controller last week and its still doing . That's why I was wondering if it could be a dodgy hall sensor board as its the only electronics that haven't been replaced
  7. No I've tried 3 different displays aswel. The only electronics left are the hall sensor and it's not normal battery sag as its only very recently started, I've ridden through 2 cold winters and it didn't happen
  8. I put ot in voltage same results.
  9. Hi all need some advice l'm not new to bafangs as l've built 5 bikes but l've come across something l've never experienced and can't really find anything online l've got a bbs02 and recently it's showing a full battery drain from 100% to 50% in less than half a mile I can literally counting down like a clock then it'll go back to 100% when I stop I know about battery sag but this is silly it's never done that and yes it's not the battery as I have 3 different batteries and it does the same on all which it doesn't on my other bike I've replaced the controller and the wiring harness could it be the hall sensor or something else any advice would be great thanks
