    Seems like you have an old firmware. Ebikestuff talked about that problem, they were in contact with Tongsheng and got a Firmware-Update. See: https://ebikestuff.eu/en/content/16-tsdz8-review-and-tsdz2-osf-comparison-tsdz8-vs-tsdz2-osf They also offer a Update Service if you're not able to update on your own. I am currently building a TSDZ8-Alfine11 combo at 52V, testing soon if I also got the old firmware.
