    Hi everyone, I'm knew to the community and I could really benefit from your help. I was so excited to get my bike (Cromford Forme Pro ELS) however when we received it the battery was missing and they have gone under as a company. Unfortunately the battery's for bike rack mounts all look the same to me. I would be so grateful of any direction. I know its a Phyillion battery, 500WH, rack mounted 14 amp hour. thank you in advance I would love to be able to start my electric journey
