Chainring offset
Hi all does anyone know what the offset is on the tsdz16 chainring. Is it more than the tsdz8 ie more than 20mm?

Speed sensor
Never thought of that. I'll give it ago

Speed sensor
The difference is quite big I think I was out today and the difference in speed is 0.7 mph so the display is reading 0.7 mph faster than the garmin which works off satellite. It's not a great problem but but I was just wondering if moving the Im currently running 700× 38 tyres. I haven't yet measured the diameter.

Speed sensor
Hi all I've notice on my tongsheng tsdz8 conversion that the speed on my display reads a bit high compared to my Garmin. This means the motor cuts out before a true 15.5 mph. Ive set the wheel diameter at 700 on the settings. Would moving the sensor make any difference. IE moving it out further or in to increase/ decrease the actual diameter the sensor works. If that all makes sense. TIA

Rattles
Hi all I don't know if this has been discussed but I found a cure for a rattling pannier battery. Mine wasn't horrendous but the roads around where I live aren't the best in places. I originally wedged a bit of card between the battery and the rack. Now have a neater option. Ive used a piece of fuel hose works a treat

Chian line
Thanks for all your replies to my chain line question I went out for a ride today, and I don't need the bottom gear anyway. Even with the motor on eco mode I sailed up the hill I would normally be in the bottom gear. I just love the motor.

Gear cable rerouting
Thanks gor all your suggestions. I decided to get a new cable guide off ebay that was only 6mm high. I had to grind the screw down inside the BB as it protrrded and was slightly interfering with the shade from the motor. I also add a spacer to the underside of the down tube as the motor was pushing on the gear cable. Handy that the frame has a bottle mount there. Happy days.

Tongsheng tsdz8
I can't get the rack any closer to the wheel as its on the lowest hole. As for moving it closer to the seat post. Im going to be using panniers so that may make them possibly slide forward. I may try it slightly more towards the seat post.

Does any know of a chainring with a bigger offset than the standard 20mm that you get with the tongsheng tsdz8. As you can see on photo my chain line is way out. It just pulls the chain off the inside

Tongsheng tsdz8
Hi all ive just finished my conversation on my Genesis croix de fer. Took it around the block what a piece of kit. I was sooo surprised by the assistance. I only had it on ECO mode and it truly felt like I had Bionic legs. So impressed. Here are some pics

Hi im planing on converting my Genesis croix De fer with a Tongsheng TSDZ8. I was wondering hiw much clearance there is between the bottom bracket and the motor. I.E for gear cables. I've attached photos for reference. The cable guide is 9mm high from BB- Hi new to site
Hi all I'm planning to convert my Genesis with a tongsheng TSDZ8 motor kit. So may be asking lots of questions. One is about rerouting gear cable from under the bottom bracket. - Gear cable rerouting
