  1. Hi guys, I'm re-assembling a Suntour HESC700c rear hub motor, the feather key that locks the planetary clutch onto the shaft is missing. I don't have a set of callipers to hand to measure it so was wondering if I could find a spec sheet somewhere with the key size detailed? Thanks
  2. Hi guys I've got a Raleigh Array with a rear Suntour hub motor, about a month back I noticed the motor would sometimes spin up without delivering any power to the wheel. I suspected a one way clutch failure, opned it up and found that was exactly the problem. I've been looking for a clutch replacement now for a month and haven't had any luck. The part number for the clutch is as follows: DLK074-61-X There are plenty of similr clutches available on platforms like eBay or Amazon, I tried ordering one but found the three planetary gears were too small and could not make contact with the ring gear in the hub, not tremendously useful. When I've looked online for this exact part number I've only been able to find manufacturer supply websites - these order direct from china and have a minimum quantity of 2. I imagine postage from these sites will be quite high, since they are clearly designed for bulk orders, and will likely take a long time to be delivered. Does anybody know where I might be able to find this part in the UK, or whether there are other clutches available which meet the same dimensions and will fit inside my hub? Thanks
