Thanks for your advice, thelarkbox. I will do as advised. I don't recall dropping it though, and wonder if it cracked due to heat as it does get hot. My dryer cracked at the side due to heat too. Thanks again :)

I have a Powacycle Puma ebike. The charger developed a crack in the corner and I can hear rattling inside as if bits have dislodged. It charged the battery as normal, but I'm reluctant to use it now it has a crack. All advise appreciated. Also, do you know where I can purchase a new charger? 24v ebike, battery 17.5ah.
