Hi guys and gals, I'm British but living in Portugal. Please help me decide which bike is better out of these two. I really can't choose. 9 month old Kudos Tourer electric bike! Reluctantly selling due to relocation abroad. Fully working and gets you up hills with ease. Look online for Kudoscycles for detailed information. Available online from Kudos for £950 new. Comes with battery, charger, added handlebar extensions (see photo), Kudos panniers I'll throw in a BTWIN helmet too! The only minor issue is the plastic on the battery handle has cracked a little so you cannot remove the battery using the plastic handle. The battery can however still be removed easily or you can just charge it without removing it. Can be viewed and then collected from Aberdeen. A great opportunity - don't miss out! £699 no offers.

Hi gang! I'm Will from Scotland but living in Switzerland (plenty hills here). I ride the Kudos Tourer (Nexus). Got it for £695 in the sale late last year. Can anyone recommend an E-bike that can also operate like a conventional bike. The Kudos Tourer is so heavy when not using assistance. Any touring e-bikes that are a pleasure to ride with or without assistance? Thanks WIll

Hi, I currently use the Kudos Tourer. Great bike but heavy. Is there a bike that can be used like a conventional touring bike once the battery is removed? I want to have the option of using the bike as an ordinary tourer so that I am not always relying on the assisted peddling from the battery. The Kudos Tourer I have is way to heavy to use without the assisted pedaling. Ideas much appreciated. William

Hi, I ride the Kudos Tourer and I am happy with it. However..... Is there an electric bike like the Tourer that is relatively light that can also be cycled comfortably with no assistance or battery power? If I switch off the power on the Tourer, it is just too heavy to ride as a conventional bike. So essentially I am looking for a bike where I can get the best of both worlds. A bike which runs out of battery power but can still be cycled comfortably like a non-electric touring bike. This would allow me to do serious long-distance riding without being concerned about the battery running out or having to find a place to charge the battery. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Will
