Guys at Bodium said it's been played with as it gives full power straight away. But 15mph is it's top speed. If I replaced the back wheel thinking might up it to 750w as my 36v battery will still be useful.- Byocycle
Got a battery from Bodium ebikes and it rides great. The rims however are worn out so just got a 20in rim from the tip. Almost no wear and basicly free. I am in Eastbourne.- Byocycle
Got this very cheap as it was very grubby and in need of a battery. So added a seat and post gave it a good clean now just to find a 36v battery to see if it actually works. Took off the rack as it was held on with cable ties and a small padlock! Anyone got a battery in East Sussex?- Electroped my first electric bike
I am still loving my electroped at 22 mph but more speed is needed. So thinking about selling the bike but all other bikescare slower.- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
Guessing as my electroped is Chinese I think they were not quite up on UK law when it was produced. Anyone 21mph is not exactly speeding and a fit rider on a modern racer would probably do that anyway or faster..- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
I think it will be a long term project. I will start collecting bits, I have seen a cruiser bike in need of love for sale cheap locally so I should start there really. My electroped is not overly cool but it is great cruising at 21 mph on the flat. Is the legal limit 15? And yes cool is personal.- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
I know it wont look like these examples but you get the idea of cool. I think a schwinn style frame could be a winner with a cafe style front fairing.- How about a cafe racer style elec bike

If I wanted a motorbike, I would buy one as I have a full motorbike licence!! I want something cool like the Juicer or similar. The ghost twin motor is great technology but is still a mountain bike, I would like something cooler, I will keep my quest going or I will just have to make myself one! I have many bicycle spares in my garage as I do up used bikes and sell them at my wives parents shop in Lewes. I think I will have to make myself one or have I found a gap in the market ??? Has anyone ever registered a twin motor with vosa etc- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
Juicer ,thats what I am talking about, totally cool. I need one- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
My electroped sits at 21mph and is very happy. At least 30mph has to be achievable!- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
There are some fast bikes on youtube. Just saying.- How about a cafe racer style elec bike
After doing about 60 miles so far on my Electroped and not having owned a motorbike for a few years now, has anyone done a road bike (seems to be a lot of electric mountain bikes) with a cafe racer style to it, maybe with a 60's motorbike style fairing. I have some ideas in my head but I think 35mph is a must and I hear the Alien kit for £400 would be a good basis for its electrics and as a lack of suspension would probably be happening some Fat Frank tyres would be needed. Just thoughts at the moment but I think it would be cool ?? Suspension could actually be a good idea though. - Byocycle
