I've had both the 250cc and the 500cc ..both mine required a motorbike licence...the ones you can drive on a car licence have a slightly wider front wheelbase (making them a trike) but they are no wider than a large motorbike making them ideal for filtering....the 500cc one would do 100mph. I liked them, just found them a bit under powered for fast overtakes...Yamaha do a 900cc that goes like stink but you need a bike licence.

[quote="flecc, post: 607418, member: 3 In any case he could have shot out the car's tyres to stop the man. . Only in the movies. I'm a firearms cert holder and the bullet would have gone through the tyre, hit the car bodywork/suspension and gone anywhere, killing the police officer or some poor sod walking by. shooting at the tyres with a pistol would have cost him his job, it might have been possible with a shotgun and specially designed rounds. Standard practice is to aim for the front chest and if this was the case, the police officer would have been stood in front of the car.

A lawyer on ITV last month said the law on free speech in the USA is very different to the laws in the UK...To commit the offence of inciting violence the act has to be imminent....not in the indefinite future. From Wiki The First Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees free speech, and the degree to which incitement is protected speech is determined by the imminent lawless action test introduced by the 1969 Supreme Court decision in the case Brandenburg v. Ohio. The court ruled that incitement of events in the indefinite future was protected, but encouragement of "imminent" illegal acts was not protected . - Brexit, for once some facts.
