Yet another question. yes it would seem the more i learn the less i know. are controllers cross compatible. ie if i had a 200w watt Heinzmann kit with a dud controller could i replace it with a 40amp Currie controller. i understand that the plugs would not correspond. but with this said would it just be a case of matching the wires.

What about 24v Can you give a configuration for a suitable replacement battery pack for A CURRIE PRODRIVE KIT and Heinzmann 200w kit. using the aforementioned cells.

Could anybody breif me on the heinzmann 200w kit from 2002. What are its strengths and weaknesses and what value would a kit in good condition currently have. Still mucking about on the south wight alps.

what connecters would computer style molex connector be adequate for the connections t the bike

crazy i know am hoping to negligate the bike overloading issue by mounting in a avenir mule trailer which i plan to upgrade weight capacity wise next month.

i am just about to build a 24v 38ah battery pack for my izip cb26. yes i know that this is exesively large. but then again i am that kind of guy. i am just wishing to enquire how this should be done properly. i have 2 new Sonnenschien gf 12 33 y g2 batteries. i realize that i should put an inline fuse to prevent the wires getting damaged if problems occur. are there any other factors that i need to consider.

sorry i am probably posting in the wrong section but am new to this so please forgive. i have recently purchased a secondhand izip cb26 which i already like. for a motorcyclist that is a huge compliment. the problem is i live in shanklin and use the bike to go through ventnor. for those of you who do not know this area it is the equyivelent of cycling up and down a cliff face with gradients reaching 1/4. the izip tends to strugle a little with this. soon i wsih to be adding a trailer to this bike which is almost certain to be to much for this 200 watt motor. could you please advise me what upgrade motors are available for this bike and where i might source one from. thank you
