Hi, I crashed my bike. I now need a new 20 inch biycle fork for my raleigh access folding e-bike. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one from? apparently it has to be internally threaded or something like that! (sorry i am not very technical with bikes). I have attached a pictures of my bike.

Hi Mike, The hub motor is the only thing damaged now. I had to buy a new fork as that was damaged. The wheel is fine. How much would a rebuild cost? Regards

I ordered this e bike kit from alibaba: Diy Ebike Kit - Buy Diy Ebike Kit,Electric Bike Motor Kits,Electric Bicycle Kit 24v 500w Product on Alibaba.com I now need a new rack because the kit did not come with anything to hold the battery securely emplace therefore the battery shakes alot when I ride me my electric bike, currently I am holding everything together with bungie ties however I want a more permanent solution. Anyone know where I can get a new pannier rack to hold my electric bikes battery? Regards

One option you have is to buy a standard bike and then convert it to an electric bike or get someone to convert it to an electric bike for you. That is precisely what I am doing. It is probably the cheapest option too. I couldn't afford the prices of the electric bikes I saw in the shops (I am a student). I bought the Raleigh Access folding bike which came out in 2012 about a month ago for £339 and I bought a conversion kit for £332 which has just arrived in the UK. Since I am not at all technical with bikes I have arranged for someone to fit the conversion kit onto my bike for £30, so all in all I have spent a total of £701. Not bad pricing for my first electric bike!
