Hi everyone. I have the Woosh Big Bear and after getting the garage cleared out the battery charger has gone missing. Does anyone have any idea where I could get another or a suitable charger please. Thanks

Woosh Big Bear error 25
Hi. I have the woosh big bear bought in Cambridge last year. Everything has been great until recently the power has just cut off completely - looking at the display it says 'error 25' after fiddling about and switching everything on and off the power will suddenly return. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong ?

Picked up the Big Bear yesterday. First impressions is a sturdily built machine that's very easy on the eye, Bearing in mind I'm a chubber at around 20st - dodgy knees and asthma I took The Bear for a 12 miler today. The ride was enjoyable using only level 1 on the assist even on the hills (the hills are not up to much in Cambridgeshire) didn't use much battery at all just a pleasant experience all the way round. The horn is something else - like a 3 minute warning prior to a Nuclear attack. Cons: I would love it if the assist was faster - getting to 15.5mph is so easy with a bit of peddling - is there a way to de[restrict The Bear ? yes I know it's illegal but frankly I'm not concerned as the law is ludicrous and will take my chances. All in all lovely machine - will update this quarterly so people can get an idea of the bikes performance

One thing I have noticed is that the Woosh bikes are only recommended for people up to 95kg ....I'm 120kg

Thanks for the recommendation - the Big Bear is a cracking looking machine that's for sure.

Hi to all. Overweight with dodgy knees I decided that an electric bike would be the thing for me - can still cycle but take the strain off when needed. Looking to cycle about 12 miles to work a couple of times a week, looking for something robust enough to cope with fen roads any my weight around 19 stone !!!! - budget of 1k - any advice greatly appreciated.
