Giant EXPLORE E+ 2 GTS weight and other q's
Hi I have been the unlucky owner of a flx bike trail and the frame has cracked around the seat post. Thsts what you get for buying rebranded Chinese frames made of cheese. So I am looking at buying the giant but I cannot find anything on weight. Anyone have a large one who could weight it for me? Thanks Also what are they like to live with? I like the ability to tune these via the app or tuning box. They look very stylish with integrated battery and a few other perks. Thanks

Flx bike
Well I finally received I've the Flx trail a week ago. After a quick build which went together easily I've ridden her about 5 times and covered 10 miles or so. I've made a couple or changes such as lifting the handlebars, changing the front chainring for a 40t, adding my MTx rack. The battery so far has lasted well but it's really too soon to tell as it'll need charging a few times to get the endurance up. Bike is 9 speed and with the new sprocket is easy to navigate hills. Power deliver is strong and there are 5 pas settings. There is also no resistance when on 0 (no power assistance) unlike my old ktm. Brakes are good but I think the rear needs burping. It's a little soft. Delivery of this bike took months but I was an early backer through indiegogo. It should be down to a few short weeks by now as stock builds after the initial ramping up. The bike is very nice. Quality of the frame and the paint is high. Powerful motor and a good riding position. I'll add pics shortly.... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

HANDLEBAR EXTENDER
You may need an additional spacer on the stem as some of these adjustable handlebar lifters are not quite as thick as the oe ones. If you don't add a spacer the forks will have play. Sent from my LON-L29 using Tapatalk

I had the same thing happen on my KTM caused by a puncture entering a corner a lot slower than this. On here they confirmed the wheel was underinflated and biffed the jump landing sideways on the tire, ripped it right off. Would have happened with any tire/rim setup at that PSI when landing sideways off a 5 foot jump. They put that in the campaign video to show people the bikes can take a beating. They were back at it in 10 minutes after an inner tube change. If you follow the build process youll realise it's not bolt and build from existing parts.

The bike isn't shipped to USA first. Secondly any spares will be distributed directly from them. Third EVERY review gave it top marks. Its built tough and to take knocks. More than I can say about some bikes... If this is a success (as its a start up) you'll be hearing more about this firm. Not quite sure how your example is an exact copy....... [emoji6] They haven't bought crates full of ready made bikes.... It's an end to end design and production process. Log onto indegogo and watch the videos instead of immediately being critical without any facts or knowledge of the venture. Anyway I was asking for feedback from people who have either ordered or are interested.... Sent from my SM-N930F using Tapatalk

The design, the reviews, the options flx have developed, the central hub and integrated battery, the weight (biggest problem with last bike). Oh and a very attractive price for early funders! Sent from my SM-N930F using Tapatalk
