  1. No the battery lights (4 LEDS..indicating maximum battery power) always stay on , even though the power to the hub on the front wheel momentarily cuts out. I never have to press the button to turn the power back on. Should i recheck all the connections in every possible place?
  2. When I go up a steep hill, one of the four lights will go out and then after a minute on the flat, the 4 lights will come back on and usually stay on for quite a while...maybe an hour and after a long ride, they will drop to 3 and 2.
  3. I have an LED control panel with 3 levels of assist. battery power is great according to this, as the control shows 4 lights indicating full power. The power cuts out at any time ....randomly .
  4. My problem just now is this. I have both pedal assist and electric only throttle with my Synergie Calypso X2 bike...3 years old. The battery if fine..so it seems. all leds on .full power. but when I am riding lately, the power cuts out after a few seconds and then comes back on again. It will do this intermittently and never happened before. I have cleaned the whole bike and all connections seem to be good. I wondered if the problem could be with the rocker switch which lets me switch between pedal asist and e power only. Any helpers out there? Cheers Ian
