I went to the place I purchased it from Which is the only one local to me and explained what it was doing. They said it will be an expensive fix such as new motor or battery £500-£600 minimum and best to get a new one.

Hi guys just to update, changing the battery in the interface did not change anything, still works intermittently after trying to turn it on several times..... I think it’s just time for a new bike as I have covers many miles on this. Just a bit disappointed as thought it would last longer as it was over £2000 only 4 years or so ago

That’s great I will order a battery and give it a whirl, I will let you know how I get on Hopefully a cheap fix cheers

Cheers for the response guys, I have tried to charge via USB however seems to be doing the same thing. And yes all connections seem to be clean. Just wondering if there are any Bosch ebike repair shops as I am not very technical

Hi All, Im wondering if someone on here can help me. I have a Cube reaction pro 2016 with the Bosch gen 2 motor. Recently when I turn it on on the interface screen it comes on for a second and then says shutting down and turns of, I have managed to hold it down and it will work for a while the will have the same problem, but now not coming on at all, there seems to be battery as there are bars showing and motor works fine when it comes on, also something to mention is that the controller is not working either and is stuck in turbo. If anyone can advise what this could be or pint me in the way of a place to get it repaired that wont be a rip off would be much appreciated. Many Thanks Guys

All connections seem fine and I have tried taking it off and on many times I have ride with it in to see if it kicks in br nothing and regarding the battery I assume it is ok because it is showing the green light up bars on the side. I think I might have to take it to a bike shop as I have no idea

Hi all I have a cube reaction with the Bosch 2nd gen centre drive system, I recently rode the bike without the computer screen attached and no assistance for a couple of miles a few days later I clip the screen back on and it is not connecting to the motor. The battery is fine because it is lighting up but just not connecting or showing speedo! Could this be anything to do with the few miles I did without the computer. Does it need resetting or something? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi guys i recently have bought a tag a long bike for my daughter who is only 4, i never thought there would be an issue however thinking about it is it putting to much strain on the motor etc?? I have a cube reaction pro with bosch gen 2 crank drive and my daughter is about 21kg also the attachment is pretty heavy bit of kit also im about12st. Enlighten me please

Cheers both, turning it upside down and taking it of then putting it back on has seemed to have worked however when spinning it there is a bit of drag I don't know if this is normal on e bikes?

Hi all, I have a slight issue with my cube reaction pro hybrid which I have had only for 2 weeks I had a puncture on my rear whilst out so I took the wheel off and sorted it with a good old puncture repair kit then put wheel back. Then after that the bike made a noise from the rear every cycle of the wheel and on closer inspection this was the speed sensor thingy knocking against the wire thing sorry for the poor explanation I am not technical at all anyway I also noticed wheel was very off center so I took it off and put it back on again but still no luck. Does anyone know if it is ment to be like that if so why is the speed sensor magnet scratching against the wire thing? Please check out the pic to see what I mean. Cheers guys
