March 19, 201412 yr Hi, I crashed on my raleigh access electric folding bike. Consequently, I now need a new 36v hub motor for my electric bike. I just want the 36v hub motor not the full conversion kit. Anyone know where i can get one from?

March 30, 201412 yr I am looking at kits but Paul (Englishman) at EM3EV sells by all accounts high quality motors and motors built into wheels. Reports are the that builds are very good as well. Maybe an option worth considering. Andrew
March 30, 201412 yr If you want a heavy, low-tech motor that will take you everywhere at 25 to 30 mph without pedalling, the MAC is a good motor, but there's loads of other good, motors that would be more suitable if you don't want to ride like that, and they're mainly cheaper.
