You may remember that way back in July I posted asking about bikes for a generously proportioned lady?

 

Well today I collected Agatha, my Freego Regency from Whizz Bikes in Bosham (excellent service from them BTW).

 

So far have only managed a pootle around the block (deliberately up a big hill!!) because when we were getting ready to go for a proper ride (in glorious sunshine) it suddenly started bucketing it down and didn't stop!!

 

I'm hoping it's going to help my blood sugar (I'm type 2 diabetic) and my bad back (I have degenerative disc disease but am told exercise should help it).

 

So can I officially join the club?!!
