May 28, 20187 yr Hi all, just completed my home build ebike a couple of weeks ago and hit my my first 200 miles yesterday! I'm a youthful 55 year old lucky enough to retire in February this year after a long career mainly in IT. Currently doing around 20 miles every other day (swimming on alternate days!) and really starting to feel soooo much fitter!
