April 4, 20215 yr Hi Wisper owners. Another electrical fault, this time on my wife's bike, which I thought may be of use to anyone with the same fault. The charger connection has been intermittent for awhile now and yesterday the only way to make it work was to pull slightly on the cable and plug and hold it like that. So I suspected a poor connection behind the socket and sure enough that was what I found after taking the battery cover apart, see photos. I had to remove the sealant which had set hard, which was the most difficult part, and then tighten up the lock nut which grips the -ve connection tag. All is well now!
April 4, 20215 yr I've had that same fault on two different bikes. One was on the first type of cylindrical bottle batteries, wgere it was the nut on the back of one of the sprung pins that hadn't been tightened before adding the glue, and the other was on an early Oxygen with the plastic battery, where it was the charger socket, the same as yours.
