August 2, 2025Aug 2 Try different browser. If that doesn't work, use different browser on a different device with a newer OS. If that doesn't work, use a different internet connection - Three or a network which uses Three will have issues with downloads from some websites, because your IP address changes during the download. If you don't have access to another internet connection, use a free VPN to provide a stable IP address. The Opera browser has a free VPN built-in.

Different browser etc didn't work, but then I turned on my VPN and it worked OK. Think it must be because my home internet is a Three based service like you had mentioned.
