Ado a20 electric bike need advice

Hi so what's happening with my bike is that there is power to the controller and the battery seems to be working fine but when I twist the throttle, I either get no response or it works to max speed for a time then cuts out. The electric peddle assist works and after i pick up some speed the electric motor also works but the bike cuts out randomly or when going up a hill with the controller staying on lights and horn still work fine.16525458562945820214852397656674.thumb.jpg.0655636a5d9f82415d65984b2acd4aab.jpg

sounds like voltage sag as when you pull the throttle the voltage drops and the bike will cut out or any time you pull wattage from the batt like going up hills.

so you need a new batt as it will just get worse.

Mostly correct, but its current or power you pull when going up hills or trying to accelerate, which can then drag/drop the voltage down on a defective or discharged battery, as a consequence/result.

No current, or low current, battery voltage remains high(er) and does not cut out.

I hope this helps.

Did you find out what the problem was Possibly a stupid suggestion, but did you check the multi pin power plug near the back wheel was pushed in fully?

have you ever gone into the Calibration Menu of the computer and adjusted settings?

If it helps, i could post photos of screenshots of every menu page in the computer calibration menu of my bike ? (I managed to get my throttle working nicely with the cruise control option)
