hi thanks for response im not really bothered about the 12amps unless that is what is preventing the throttle from working.

Could you say who you bought your kit from, which motor kit, and which firmware version? Is it possible that your throttle issue is due to hardware, not firmware? Perhaps start a new thread asking the experts how to test your throttle?

That's what I've read elsewhere, they don't physically fit - so much for the sauerkraut hater's assertion that the BBS01 and BBS02 were "different motors with the same hat" That dude couldn't be arsed to explain his miracle method, kept on referring us to confused ChattomatticGPT; blew his top and buggered off when we asked questions, despite my generous offer to send him sauerkraut. And you know how much I love sauerkraut.

this is the number on the controller (crr209750 9nu20) which leads me to believe its a 750w controller on a 250w motor configured to run at 48v

Are you considering flashing alternative Bafang firmware for 750W controllers? Or OSF?

 

If you can find suitable Bafang firmware, there doesn't appear to be any way to back up original Bafang firmware, should things go tits up... but not so tits up you can't flash your original.
