February 5Feb 5 The switch unit on the handlebar which controls boost levels is only partly working. The + and - switches (which look like a rocker switch but are separate buttons) aren't working but the button on top to go directly to full power still works. I haven't yet tested the walk mode button underneath the switch cluster. Has anyone encountered this? If so did you solve it? Specialized do not list this as a part on their web site.

February 5Feb 5 Seeing it's a separate plugin, it may be worth unplugging in and replugging it and making sure it is really well pushed home. Possibly a squirt of electrical plug cleaner (eg Servisol) while they are separated as well. Probably won't help, but should only take a few seconds.

That does seem to be the part, as it lists my bike in the compatibility list. It would be nice to be able to start with the bike and work backwards to the switch, of course. Still, thanks to you this seems to be a result.
March 4Mar 4 Author Update: the switch has started working again. I tentatively conclude that it was damp in the switch. Probably a genuine use for WD40. I will investigate getting some spray in there.
