I’m looking for help with resetting the service interval on my Giant E+1 GTS e-bike.

 

I have the original Giant Service Platform USB key (dongle), but I don’t have access to a dealer/service account on the platform. I need someone who has an active Giant dealer/service login to perform an online service interval reset using my USB key (as far as I understand, the platform requires online authentication).

 

The bike works perfectly fine, there are no motor errors – only the service interval has expired and needs a software reset.

There is no authorized repairer in my country, Serbia.

 

Of course, I’m willing to pay for the service.

It is unhelpful to suggest he wants to be an illegal migrant. I can't understand why you would write that comment. Some people might think it was a racist and unpleasant remark. I expect that you are simply high on drugs and cheap cider again.
