  2. Hello everyone, I’m looking for help with resetting the service interval on my Giant E+1 GTS e-bike. I have the original Giant Service Platform USB key (dongle), but I don’t have access to a dealer/service account on the platform. I need someone who has an active Giant dealer/service login to perform an online service interval reset using my USB key (as far as I understand, the platform requires online authentication). The bike works perfectly fine, there are no motor errors – only the service interval has expired and needs a software reset. There is no authorized repairer in my country, Serbia. Of course, I’m willing to pay for the service. Please feel free to contact me via private message or leave your contact details. Thank you in advance!
