March 3Mar 3 I sent to yose for a new silver fish 36.10ah battery but they have sent me a rear rack battery that is completely useless, I have sent 2 emails but had no response from them, I have purchased kit from them before and been really pleased, I know I definitely ticked silverfish 36v 10.4 ah anyone had problems with exchanges from this company please.
March 4Mar 4 Give the support staff an extra 24 hours+ to accommodate time zone differences and a lil extra slack to run the text through translation s/w. It also helps non native english speakers to take extra care using short direct sentences and statements. I had need to contact yose support after receiving my kit, it did take a bit longer due to one end getting messages in the middle of the night... but was resolved as quickly as translation mistakes allowed..
March 5Mar 5 Author Ok I sent the wrong battery back to where yose told me to send it cost £20. Plus, only to be told the person no longer is there so they are retuning the package back to sender so im down another £20.00 that's put me off doing any more deals with this team, the address to send this back to is 3B Hilltop industrial estate shaw street west Bromwich B70 OTX And contact is Yose-Meifang beware doing any dealings please.
