Hmm, where start. The basic answer is no.

It would be of more benefit if you tell us what you are looking to achieve. There's no such thing as 'better', only 'more suitable'.

Answer: it depends on who made it.

They offer differing performance some are slower but give better torque for climbing hills whilst others are quicker but offer weaker climbing ability or you can get middle of the road versions, as Alan's say's try and match a hub motor for your main requirements along with a suitable controller. Also weight may be important if you want a lightish quick road style bike.
