48v throttle suitability?

It might do. It depends- how many wires on the existing throttle? Some use 4, some use 5. And if the existing one doesn't have a battery meter it's probably 3.
Then there are 2 throttle types. Most are hall effect ones.
The meters are usually calibrated for lead batteries so would be inaccurate for other battery types.

Can't be certain, but looks like three wires for the hall sensor and one for the LEDs. The LEDs won't work because they'll only light up with 48v.
