700c v-brake conversion

I have a small fleet of hire bikes in SW France ( Ridgeback Anterons) with 700c wheels and v-brakes. I'm considering converting them to e-bikes and would welcome any advice on the best kit to try. Ideally I'd like to try a kit on one before converting the whole lot and as this year looks like being a write-off for bike hire in France I'd have to do it on a strict budget.

I would suggest XF07 front hub or XF08C rear hub kits.

I would also look at putting a Magure HS11 on the front for the sake of safety.
