I have a ElectroBike and the 36v brushless controller says it can handle max current 13a, the battery I have brought says its a 36v 15.4a. is this ok to use with the conntroller or will it burn it out?

thanks Whoopee

That's fine, the battery's 15.4 is just a bigger capacity of Ampere/hours. Just like a fuel tank that holds more gallons, no effect on the engine.

Only the voltage needs to be the same. The controller will just take the current it needs, up to 13 amps rate at a time.
