Big Apple balloon tyres

Would anyone know if it would be possible to fit Big Apple 2.35 tyres on an Ebco Urban Commuter. The UC has 28 inch wheels and I know that the Big Apple tyres are available in 28 inches but I' m not sure if there's anything else that has to be taken into account . I know i'd probably have to remove the mudguards. Thanks

I'd guess with mudguards removed it's certain, since I know of no forks made that narrow.

However, the slightly narrower Big Apple is also very comfortable and little different in practice. Most of the comfort comes from the design of the tyre carcase rather than the width.
