Just like to thank Jim and his gang at 50 cycles for their wonderful after sales service. I spoke with Jim last week about being slightly to small for the bike and he said he would provide me with another stem free of charge. It arrived today and although the saddle has not got suspension; I feel much more confident now that my feet can touch the floor. It's bad news being a short ar*e but with the service 50 cycles provide, you can't go wrong.

But it would have been much better had they sold you the correct sized bike in the first place.
