This maybe a stupid question so apologies
I have a Scott espark 720 and need to remove the outer casing to fit a cable through for a dropper post.
It looks like i will have to remove the crank arm to remove the casing
Do you require a special tool to do this ?

if you remove the bolt and it still stays on then you need a crank puller ;)

no you will need a crank puller a rubber hammer be no good at all, tho my crank arms dont need one if you have those sort of crank arms.
