Cyclamatic

Hi folks i'm just new to pedelecs but i have cyclamatic for just over a year. Just recently it has started to cut out after about a mile.it appears to be a problem with a voltage controller or something. The battery seems to be holding the charge whe not in use. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Hi mooreb123, welcome to the forum.

When you charge the battery, will it give you a full charge approx 4 hours? If you can go about a mile, it should indicate that the motor, controller and other bike sensors work fine.

I would suggest: measure the output of the battery when you finish charging and measure it again after the cut out. Just to see if the battery is behaving abnormally.
