I am hooked on old Moultons at the moment, although I have been upgrading them with modern light parts. This is the last of the F frame models, the Moulton MK3 made by Raleigh.

Even tried it with one of my EBrompton wheels with a Tongxin motor in it. The suspension back AND front make for a real comfy ride but in the end I preferred it human powered.

Now that's an elegance of line you see in the original Mini (the car!) and VW - rarely seen nowadays. Adding clutter ain't good design. End of short rant. Nurse!

Dan did you see I managed to retrofit a Brompton 50T chainset

Through fitting light modern parts, I have manged to get the wieght right down to under 13kg (not bad for a full suspension bike) including fitting some really fast rolling/thin width Schwalbe Kojak tyres. Great for the summer but maybe the Plus's will need to go back on for the winter.
