I have a Carrera Vengance-e . The used replacement Carrera downtube e battery I have charges fully - all bars turn blue. But, on the battery charge indicator on left handlebar, the low light and the high light just flash and battery will not engage. I would appreciate any ideas, thoughts?

Which version is it - old or new? A photo of the panel would confirm.
If it's a 790 LED display panel, high and low lights mean a brake switch fault. Unplug each in turn to find which one is faulty, then it should be obvious what's wrong with the faulty one.
