We got a two minute puff piece on BBC Reporting Scotland - a bit simplistic but any mention is welcome (begins @ 12mins 40secs)

It's a 2 minute piece which is tantamount to saturation coverage up here . . .

BBC iPlayer - Reporting Scotland: 25/10/2010

As you say any coverage is good :)

Its a shame they didn't show some other more subtle options/alternative models.

I did notice a Brompton come past as they were filming and discussing, but it looked like it wasn't asissted.

Isnt it a pity they decided to show a 1000 year old Powabyke !
Agreed chaps - no slight on the Powabyke but it would have been nicer to see one of the newer models . . . having said that, the fella on the Powabyke was nipping around quite sharpish !

And it was good to see that while the commentator had to wear a "safety" helmet (to comply with the official propaganda, etc) the electrically assisted cyclist was bare-headed with nothing but his double-barrelled name to distinguish him from any other road user (pedestrian or motorist).

It was short and sweet. The guy zipping past uphill on the Ebike summed up the advantages very well
