FLX/Bofeili

I am one of those who got in early with the IDGG launch of the FLX bike (formerly Flux bike). Aside from the horrendously long wait to get our bikes, I have been pretty happy with mine. We do have an issue however, with the original Bofeili motors. A number of them have failed, and been replaced under warranty. The problem now lies with after warranty service. Bofeili does not offer replacement parts for these motors, and it seems that FLX is not able to get them from Bofeili either. In June, Pete from FLX promised to send me some spare gears when my motor failed for the first time. I am still waiting. Does anyone know where to get parts for Bofeili motors?
