From what age can you carry a baby ?

I carried my firstborn in a trailer from the age of 18 months, but she was a late developer with poor core strength. Helmet worn at all times, buckled into the trailer harness.

My younger daughter seems particularly strong for her age and I can definitely foresee sticking her in a trailer at one year old.

I'm not sure where the law stands, but you are better placed to judge than anyone else.

As soon as the baby can be strapped into a child safety seat which you attach in your trailer or cargo trike. Usually 40 cm height.
