I thought it would be rude not to introduce my self so here I am and here is a little about me, I'm a 47 year old and I hadn't been on a bike since I was 17 but I was forcefully reintroduced to the world of cycling around 9 months ago, I got hold of an old Giant hybrid bike and used that for around 5 weeks to commute but I found it tough going so I then fitted a Bafang mid drive which made life much easier.
