Hello from Ireland

Hi all,

Yorkshire man living in Ireland...
Picked up my first electric bike yesterday, a Carrera Crossfire E. I decided to get the bike for two reasons, I had an accident a few years ago that took me off the bike and so piled on the weight. And second, my daily commute is about a 40 mile round trip. Fortunately, we have a fantastic Greenway that goes past both my house and work! Happy days!

Anyway, looking forward to chatting and reading some interesting topics...

The bike is amazing. Like many others I'm sure, I was a bit sceptical before trying it out. But now, after blowing away the miles with hardly a sweat, I'm totally converted!

For anyone interested, this is my commute to work. (Not me in this vid) It's a stunning 29 mile Greenway in Co. Waterford.
