Hi Kenji welcome aboard. Ebike choice? Sounds like you will need good lights and reflective clothing for 3am rides. Apart from that for commuting a solid rack, adequate mudguards and comfort are high on the agenda. There are many choices but would stick with Yamaha or Bosch motors as they seem to be the most dependable. I have a friend who purchased a Raleigh Captus for a bargain price from Halfords and is very pleased with it, but most giving advice would say try a few different models from an ebike specialist dealer before deciding. I wouldn't bother buying anything with. a. Battery less than 400 watt hours capacity and check the chargers not to large to carry in bike bag or back pack.
