help!

Hi everyone back from a great ride today, based in Leek on the edge of the peak park. I have a wisper wayfarer hub drive .And just had my 700 battery replaced by wisper, 1st one was faulty .Down to 2 bars put on charge,and charger went to green should be red.And charger itself was cold ,tried a new fuse in wall plug still on change .no chance of through to wisper until monday , is there anyone close to me with the same model who could lend me a charger for a few hours thanks
