Hi I have a Halfords Assist 20" e-bike and I need a controller the model is a

Tianjin Santroll Electric Automobile Technology Co..Ltd.
Model B-WKZD2413KA-JM105-F4

Any idea where I can purchase on or can I replace it with same spec controller from a different company?

You should be able to use any controller. You need to show the wires and connectors, not the label.

Santroll controllers are only OEM, so you can only get a replacement through Halfords or dealers that sell the same stuff.

How do you know that your controller is faulty? Did you test it?

As above typically OEM only but now and they turn up on ebay often though 36v and seel for stupid money in excess of £100.
If it has the block wire connectors one can carry out some simple checks with a meter to see where or if it may be faulty.
Some pics of the controller wiring are needed.

For the cost of which a Santroll would cost to buy and replace (if available) one could upgrade to a complete KT system for less money.
