I was looking at this kit to put on my bike ! Can anyone tell me if I will be ok

It's a 250 w kit with battery and digital controller , front wheel drive , I only do 7 miles to my destination and back which is around 14 miles a couple of times a week on the way there I'm mostly on level ground and about 3/4 of a mile is down hill about 18% gradient but I'm struggling on my way home but I would be peddling most of May way there giving it some , just on my way back hurts lol especially because I'm un fit ! A bit of assistance would be excellent on my bike !!!!! Does anyone know if this kit can be unrestricted for off road ? It's a befang 250w kit I'm herring good thinks about befang and at that price for everything I'm very tempted ! That includes the bottle battery 36v 10.4 Ah
