Noise from crank Haibike Hard 7

Hi all,
Noticed a squeaking noise from rhs crank. centre bolt was quite loose tightend up quite stiffly and noise went, out yesterday and after a couple of miles hard riding the noise came back and the bolt loose again.

Worry is this the sign of some internal damage why would the crank bolt work loose again?

Any thoughts .

I use a drop of locktight on mine. The continuous movement can loosen the bolts.

Thanks D8ve do you think it is something to worry about as bike is only four months old. but once tightened the noise goes away. just not sure why it would work loose again
