Hi all, I already have 2 (naughty)Bafang conversions but want to be legal for insurance cover. If I build a 250w conversion what is the process of registering it plse?

I don't get it. Why do you want to register it if it's legal?

There is no need to register bike. If it meets legal requirements, it is legal.

However you do need to study the terms of the insurance policy your buying very carefully for get out clauses.
